I and 5 of my friends stayed at the property for our trip to Pondicherry, right when we checked in and till the day we left, the host always made sure we were all comfortable! The apartment felt nothing short of home, and all of us were extremely relaxed there. The apartment was really clean and with really great interiors, which is why it felt like home. The property is also close to the Rock Beach, taking only around 10 minutes by bike. And we could also spend some time with Nikki, the little bundle of cuteness (we were welcomed by her on the first day!), although we couldn't say goodbye to her when we left. Will recommend Ruby Villa to anyone visiting Pondicherry! A great thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Vinay welcomed us perfectly and he gave us a map through which he guided us through the city. It was really great having him taking care of us.

Mel Ville was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless—Anup and Mehak ensured smooth communication and even arranged a last-minute cab from Chennai airport. Their thoughtful hospitality, including a welcome breakfast and complimentary lunch, made our stay extra special. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and White Town. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures—bright, airy, and comfortable. We also loved unwinding on the common terrace with its refreshing breeze. What truly sets Mel Ville apart is the warmth of the hosts. Having stayed in homestays at other locations, we can confidently say Anup and Mehak are exceptional. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Pondicherry!

STAFFS : Special thanks to Mr Adrien, Mr Kalay , Ms Yoshita , the GM Mr Dino, the restaurant staffs . You all made our stay amazing and made us felt at home. ❤️ From day 1, all the staffs were so kind, always smiling and willing to go extra miles. ROOM : The room was spacious, clean and had all the required amneties ( TV with local and international channels ,mini bar , hair dryer, water , fruits , fan , AC , Shampoo , Moisturiser, dental kit , hot water, Iron on request etc..) BED : One of the most comfortable bed we had. We slept so well . If we had more days, we would extend our stay just to spend our day in bed . POOL : Clean, beautiful and so relaxing. FOOD : Fresh and tasty food. We still talked about that " mushroom sandwich " during our breakfast time at home. LOCATION : Lively street close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and tourist places. You can easily find rickshaw and there is a starbucks next to the hotel . We will consider the other CGH hotels for our other vacays !!
