Delightful picturesque location, nestled at the bottom of a valley. Over looking the donkey enclosure. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and life's stresses. It is a welcomed getaway so you can totally switch off and de-stress. It's a working farm guys so not totally quite but you will get a great nights sleep. Perfectly situated in the lakes for day trips. Also the farm has a small farm shop for eggs, veg and yogurts. Louise is a fantastic host, friendly and welcoming to her little piece of paradise.

Situated in the Cumbrian countryside, conveniently located to visit the Lake District, YHA Helvellyn has on-site free parking and a bar.

Tony is a legend, very funny guy and interesting. Had a great night drinking whisky and being educated on the right amount of ice for the glass. As well as which mixers go well with scotch.
