Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Staff amazing, food excellent, location fab, the room I preferred was big and spacious and had everything we needed, beds a little uncomfortable, so I would suggest mattress renewal for a good night's sleep and the pillows where flat. Very clean may I stress, bathroom was great.

    Staff were great. Polite and helpful. The room itself was spacious but lacked in parts. There wasn't any air conditioning, and the windows only opened a small amount. I understand this would be a safety feature, but it meant the rooms were stuffy. There was blood on the single bed sheet. I asked for this to be swapped. It wasn't, so I got a spare sheet and did it. The bed was OK. It's was a bit creaky and an old mattress but slept OK. Shower was brilliant though.

    Big room, plenty of storage space etc and had an air conditioning unit, black out curtains, large comfy bed and clean room with lovely balcony outside!

    We needed somewhere close, cheap and easy as a family of 4 and this place was all of the above. The room was clean, beds comfy and really easy to park. LOVED the tree house style bunk bed for the kids
