A recently renovated campground, FITZ CAMP - Glamping agreste - Base Cerro Fitz Roy offers accommodation in El Chalten. A solarium is available for guests. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and organising tours for guests. Although rather expensive, it gave us the wonderful chance to see the golden sun rise on mount fitz roy without climbing up at 5 am. It is a well set up camp with dining dome and common lounge dome. Martina the host was lovely, took care of everything and told us all about the mountains and climbing them.

A recently renovated luxury tent situated in El Chalten, Chalten Camp - Glamping with a view features a bar. This luxury tent features free private parking, luggage storage space and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. We had the best time here!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was out of this world delicious! The area was so beautiful to explore and close to hiking trails. The staff made a fire for us every night and put hot water bottles to heat our bed. We had a beautiful time in our clean, cozy, stylish room enjoying a view of Fitz Roy and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much Camp Chalten!!!! P.S. They gave us champagne for our anniversary! Such a nice little surprise!! 🫶🙏☺️

Displaying panoramic views of Fitz Roy hill, Patagonia Eco Domes provides accommodations in El Chalten. Surrounded by a lovely garden covering over 3 hectares, this tented camp offers private access to Laguna de los Tres trail, as well as a daily breakfast. We loved our stay at the Eco Domes! We loved how unique the domes were and there was adequate heat (tent was heated by a wood burning stove) and hot water. Everyone who worked at the Domes went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Our stay came with breakfast, lunch (packed - for the hike), and dinner included and each meal was delicious. Dinner was a set menu that changes everyday and although it was enough food for me, my husband felt like it was not enough food so we would recommend bringing extra snacks just in case. Additionally, the Domes gives you a private access to the main Laguna de los tres hike which was around 2.5-3 miles (saves maybe 2-3 hours depending on speed) shorter than the overall hike that starts from El Chalten.

Located in El Chalten, Complejo Como Vaca offers cosy self-catering bungalows with free WiFi access. The property has a lovely garden and BBQ facilities. It is 13 km from Cerro Fitz Roy. the trailer home was perfect- small but a very comfortable cheaper option. perfect for 2 or 3 people. Diego and Natalia helped us with everything, were flexible and let us keep bags in reception for the day after we checked out.

Camping Rio de las Vueltas features a garden, terrace, a bar and barbecue facilities in El Chalten. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. This property is amazing. It is quiet, fun and the food was so tasty with lots of great vegetables.. It is basic but that is also the reason it was so fabulous and why we slept so well.. our dome tent was fun for the kids as was the every part of the beautiful place..
