Whether it was the front desk personnel, the restaurant team, or housekeeping, everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to assist. Staff was very helpful especially the Manager of the resort Mr. Krishna - he was always available to help and friendly to us. Even made arrangements of Jain food on our request. I would surely recommend this resort to anyone who is planning a trip to Wayanad.
