L’emplacement est magnifique, au milieu de la jungle et au bord d’une rivière. Les hôtes sont vraiment sympathiques, ils vous proposeront gratuitement une balade en barque sur la rivière et une visite nocturne des plantations de cannes à sucre à la découverte de la faune et flore locale. Malgré la situation, les chambres sont très propres et disposent d’une douche et de toilettes eux aussi très propres. Enfin le dîner dans la jungle fut un moment extraordinaire, la nourriture est également très bonne. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent pour ce type de séjour

You can totally relax with the sounds of nature all around you. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help answer any questions including “what bird is that” x 20. The staff were patient and knowledgeable and they made my experience amazing!!

L’établissement Kottawatta River Bank Resort vous accueille à Uda Walawe, à 17 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Parc national d'Uda Walawe. This property is absolutely amazing. The huts are luxury. Very comfortable bed, we slept so well. All facilities there that we needed. Outside shower which was interesting & enjoyable in this environment (even in the rain!). The toilet / sink area was covered & down steps in a small outer area. Very quaint. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room & given extra as needed. Bottles & water & toilet paper given each day. Fridge great. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. The food was delicious. We had three different types of breakfast. First day served at our table, huge platter of amazing food. The second day we took a packed breakfast on safari, lots of snacks there. The third day it was buffet which was also delicious. Freshly cooked different eggs on top of all of other food. We had half board & evening meals were delicious. Highly recommend hot calamari. We also had lunch one day. The club sandwich was full of so many delicious ingredients. The pool was lovely & we used it a lot. We had our own safaris booked, but I know the property will book these. Overall it was such a brilliant experience & would absolutely recommend. They also took a credit card for payment with no extra charge. Excellent. Would definitely return.

Offering river views, this fan-cooled tent has a private entrance, seating area and extra large bed with spring mattress. It includes a hot water shower, towel and shoe racks. The room was spacious, with shower and toilet in an open area, you could really enjoy the nature 😀. The pool was clean, and the place wasn't crowded. We could see the staff taking care of the resort on a daily basis. The food was nice. We got on a safari organized by them, which was also fine. W went for half day 3.30 hrs, and it was more than enough to see all the spices. It is very close to the village where you can walk and find nice restaurants and bars, alongside some really cheap shops.

The property is gorgeous and very natural. There are no eye-sores, everything is very blended with nature. The two swimming pools were really lovely and the restaurant buffet dinners were delicious. The best part was the general manager who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He engaged with our kids and made sure they stayed busy with basketball, volleyball, arranged a village walk across the river, and made special arrangements on our safari to celebrate my son's birthday. He was like a traditional hotel general manager who treats everybody like his personal guest. It's a really special place and definitely a great base for visiting both Udawalawe and Yala parks.

This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. In particular, our guide Solomons made the safaris and nature walk so much fun and he was so knowledgeable. We appreciated the upgraded tent!

Doté d'un barbecue et d'une vue sur le jardin, le River Glamping by Gaga bees est situé à Udawalawe, dans le district de Ratnapura, à 8 km du parc national d'Uda Walawe. Everything was perfect. Dinesh made sure our stay was one of the best we ever had. The place was clean and very relaxing. The food was top notch. Excellent service and highly recommended
