We stayed here for four nights, and it was absolutely amazing! 1. The concept itself is still quite unique. It’s hard to find high-quality glamping, but this place truly delivers! 2. The breakfast was perfect—every morning, a new selection of food was delivered in a basket right to our house. A dream! 3. The heated infinity pool was incredible and made the experience even better. Once again, everything was well thought out, and it’s truly a great place to stay! P.S. It’s quite funny to read some comments about sound isolation… People, it’s still a tent, and you’re in nature! Please think about that before writing a review.

All is well designed and provides a relaxed atmosphere. We like to spend our time on our private terrace on a hammock with a glass of wine. The territory is calm and beautiful with lots of flowers around and a pool. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked fine, and the bathroom was good. We had a small kitchen with all the staff you need to cook something. It was great to have a shared washing machine with drying mode - you should just pay 1 euro for the capsule. And we like to have complementary bread with a jam on our breakfasts. It took us around 10 minutes drive to get to the city center and a sendy beach. I definitely recommend this place.

The host was so supportive and attentive and fixed any issues immediately (one day water didn’t work). It’s also a 6-8 hour round trip to pico do Areiro hiking from the shelters, just follow the markers.

The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Lovely cabin surrounded by mountain views, we saw so many stars at night. There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect - ideal for a quiet escape, beautiful hiking trails all around, fresh mountain water, the shelters themselves are beautifully organized and well equipped, and the hosts have been superbly helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the donkeys on the premises were extremely sweet and friendly! Would highly recommend, and we're looking forward to going back!
