A delightful birthday message was left on our bed. I would highly recommend the resort. The breakfast was outstanding. A wonderful assortment to choose from. We were a group of 6 & everyone was of the same opinion.

The majestic sunsets next to the adjacent islands are imprinted in my memory and I hope to keep them there forever. Our family of 4 traveled from north to south of Thailand over the course of 5 weeks and we stayed in 8 different places. This was our favorite. Quan and his staff are absolutely wonderful hosts and he clearly puts his heart and soul into every aspect of his property and his service. While staying there he coordinated a charted fishing adventure for us and his staff fired up the BBQ when we returned, grilling up our day's catch for us and other guests! Quan is also a highly skilled bartender -- make sure to try his Ao Khai On the Rocks, my new favorite cocktail. Quan also arranged an electric golf cart rental for our family, booked massages for us, answered each of our many questions during the stay, and finally arranged our speedboat tickets back to Trat as well as the super comfortable minivan taxi ride back to Bangkok as well. Nothing could have been better with our stay. "Home Hug" is the perfect name for this place. I can't wait to be back in Koh Mak someday, and we will definitely stay here.

The hospitality was amazing – Muay was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated being able to use the bikes to explore the area. The location was also perfect. We stayed in the tents and were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable everything was – it never felt inconvenient at all. Overall, it was a really lovely experience and we had a great time.

Although directly located at the main street we never heard any noises from our bungalow in the backyard besides birds and frogs. The lush garden made for a peaceful atmosphere, and there was enough space between the rooms to provide a lot of privacy. Bathroom was pretty new and met European standards. The friendly hosts helped us with all requests and staff was always working on keeping the property clean. When staying here, make sure to visit Lonely Beach and Bang Bao village which are less than 10 min drive away!

I have come to this island for years and Veha always found me accommodations. When I learned he started a tent camp I knew I had to stay here, even though I had a place for a couple months. 555. He is responsible for me coming every year. He is the "island man". for me. He recommends everything. He's honest and can tell you what is vacant (even if it is not his place), he can rent you a motorbike or boat trip or recommend the AMAZING restaurant on the property. The campground is literally so close to the beach and he speaks so highly of the restaurant I had to try it. I had never been. SO GOOD! I love waking up in the morning and hearing the birds. Now is a nice time because it is "winter", which is like my summer. 555. I love the comfortable mattresses and the fans. It's literally perfect (Dec-Feb). I cannot say for other months, but I love this and we will stay again in a tent soon if it becomes available. Forget "glamping" - this is legit camping with everything one would need. He can also hire any driver/boats/etc you may need. I am so happy. I will definitely be back as long as Veha is my host. That you for making my stay so wonderful.

Nice clean beach and nice small huts for stay. It’s not a five star hotel but that’s not what I search. The staff is all very friendly and the breakfast is fresh and with a good taste. Also the dinner is delicous. Our second stay there and we will come back… for sure.

There is a dirt road with a one minute motorbike ride to get to the beach from the bungalows.
