Had a great and peacefull time at Horizon Savannah. The tents are well maintained and the shared are was more than equiped for a bush visit. The night sounds in the tent is amazing. This tent's special feature is the pool with a view. The tent provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a terrace with lake views as well as a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of continental or a cooked option. Plenty of choice across the board. A lovely light lunch was also served every day. Dinner was delicious, but one night we felt rather cold eating outside. The lighting was limited with only lamps, but this did add to the atmosphere. The game drives were wonderful with Chris. He was a knowledgeable safari ranger who used his tracking skills to ensure we got the best out of every drive into the bush. Wonderful.
