A warm welcome by Mike and Sandy, who are working hard to ensure your stay has all you need. The kitchen and bathroom were surprisingly well stocked, while the dome itself was comfortable and packed with personal touches that made it feel cozy. Slept like a brick in this oasis. Views are stunning. Night sky is stunning. The hosts have manicured a small trail network on the farm with highlights such as the "labyrinth of love" and the "sea of tranquility". It was a wonderful touch and we appreciated feeling that care and effort went into the property. We will be back!

Location was excellent. Fabulous restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. This mobile home has a fireplace. Heuwelsig Farm Cottages offers self-catering accommodation on a working wine farm, just outside Franschhoek, only an hour drive from Cape Town. Very nice location just outside Franschhoek; located on a working farm - with Zebra's in your own backyard. The accommodation was spacious, fully equiped with all cooking needs, and amazing views on sunset from your garden. Safe location, 2 gates to enter property.

Just 2.5 hours away from Cape Town, Inverdoorn Game Reserve Lodge is set on 10000 hectares of land within the Klein Karoo. This reserve is home to the Big 5 and a cheetah conservation centre. This was a great thing to do for overnight trip from Cape Town. I didn’t think it would be as well run and it was more high end than I thought it would be for price. Food was exceptional and lots of extras ie star gazing experience all included. I have done lots of safaris and although private gated reserves are different to the big national parks they are still really fun and enjoyable and this was no exception. Would hundred per cent recommend.

Hartenbos Private Game Lodge is a privately-owned escape set in the malaria-free region of Hartenbos, Mossel Bay situated on the Garden Route. Stunning view from the tent and from the lodge. The safari trips were exceptional!
