Fantastic property just 5 minute drive out of Cobram. The owners, Donna & James were very helpful & friendly. The property is 45 acres with only 4 units, a tennis court, pool, golf driving range & fantastic BBQ area and beautiful grassed grounds.. The unit was very well appointed with everything you could want. Sitting outside listening to the birds etc instead of traffic noise was great. Even though the other units were occupied you felt that you had the place to yourselves. Good breakfast provisions provided.

    The property was beautiful and very well maintained, the accommodation was exceptionally clean and Donna was just lovely. We had a short but lovely stay thankyou. My hubby even caught a fish before having a quick hit on the golf strip.

    so peacefull and quite far from the road so no traffic noise, plenty of birds and a few kangaroos plenty of open green fields to walk around on, a tennis court with also a basketball hoop to throw a few balls, a one hole golf course and a walking track by the river, a swimming pool and a play ground for children ?
