Our four-night winter escape at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The sheer beauty and cleanliness of the place surpassed all our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The staff, with their super cool and friendly demeanor, enhanced the overall atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner offerings were exceptional, catering to the diverse tastes of our family. The rooms were not only spacious but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, demonstrating a keen attention to detail. The wellness center, featuring saunas, a pool, and a steam room, elevated our relaxation to a whole new level. The ski lift was conveniently located, just a short 5 to 7-minute walk or a quick ride on the ski bus. The added perks of ski storage and complimentary parking further added to the hotel's appeal. Great location, very close to the old town yet in a very quiet street. As a cyclist travelling with bicycle I found it super nice to have a dedicated bicycle washing station in the garage.

This place is really absolutely a YES! The price is very reasonable, the rooms are very roomy, with balcony, a large very well equipped bathroom. Furniture has some chipped paint but every space is very very clean, towels and sheets smell fresh and amenities are promptly available. Our room really had plenty of space and it was a pity that we stayed only one night. Breakfast is rich and with a good choice of fruit, salumi, sweet pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and healthy (non-chemical) juices. Silence was granted and around the venue there are many places that I hope to visit next time.

Cristallo Sport & Wellness Hotel is located high up in Levico Terme, in a quiet area near the spas and Imperial Park. The hotel has a spa, a garden with swimming pool, and a panoramic terrace.
