The location was close to Land of the Legends and a bit more relaxing than the Lara beach area. The staff were all absolutely brilliant. Even if all staff didn’t speak amazing English, they endeavoured to help you with any enquiry nothing was too much for them. Food was stunning each and every night, with different items each night with the main staples being an ever present. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and minibar refreshed daily at no extra cost. The watersports at the beach were absolutely brilliant. This is no reflection on the hotel but the local taxi services are prompt but a little bit pricey. Definitely recommend and would love to come back one day!

Situated on the beachfront, all-inclusive Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort has a 200-metre-long private beach offering free parasols and sun loungers.

This has by far been the best hotel resort we have stayed at to date and we have stayed at many of the top hotels. The customer care and service was beyond what we expected. The food was especially delicious. As a fussy eater myself I usually struggle in al inclusive holidays but this was the first time we were provided with ample options and also tasty to Michelin levels in my opinion I couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were really attentive and friendly and even though we went during an off peak time in November they managed to make it an enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband. I would like to thank our rep Mila who went beyond her duty to move us to a different room as we were not happy with one or two menial things but she was insistent we get a better room and on our last day arranged a very nice meal for our anniversary at the sushi restaurant which again was at hakkasan levels. We were just amazed at the quality and service. We will definitely be staying at Kaya again on the future.

Our stay at the hotel was off-season (end of March), which we are very happy about. Since we do not like extreme heat and large crowds of people, which is typical of the summer season. The location of the hotel, the area around the hotel, and the beach at the hotel are magnificent. The staff is beyond praise. Special thanks to the girls in the SPA: you are great and true professionals. The food is delicious and varied.

We are 3 kg on plus after holidays ;) The food is delicious but now we are going on a diet ;) The people are very very kindly, even if some tourits are unpolite to them, they are overnatural kind and friendly. I wish You only nice guests who can be gratefull for your work. Thanks for all!
