Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is on a 6 mile stretch of private beach on Saadiyat Island. This 5-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Great hotel, well maintained, clean, attentive and friendly staff, great food (breakfast buffet is delicious serving barista coffee and both restaurants on premise are also great) beautiful pool area and beach, nicely spaced out sun chairs on the beach. Good kids club as well.

Being right by the sea allowed us to wake up to breathtaking views every morning. The child-friendly amenities were a huge plus for our family, and Olivia had a fantastic time here. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were significant factors that made our holiday unforgettable. Rahit Rana at the reception, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us, adding extra value to our stay. The food was nothing short of a feast. Every meal prepared by the culinary team exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and variety. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and organization of the resort were impressive. Lastly, the hotel’s management’s focus on guest satisfaction and their meticulous attention to detail made our time here even more special. For all these reasons, Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island offers an outstanding holiday experience.

The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. We will definitely be coming back!

I recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at this establishment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home throughout my visit. The studio was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the tranquil ambiance provided restful nights. Excellent service, and a prime location. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
