We needed a base to travel all over Prince Edward Island and Cairns Motel at Summerside fit the bill. The safe, quiet environment and comfortable beds ensured restful nights and allowed us to resume our daily trips feeling refreshed. Our room was super clean! Facilities maintenance is first-rate. Convenient parking at our doorstep made loading and unloading easy. Great location and close to restaurants. Overall an excellent place at a very affordable rate! The Brudenell River Golf Course is just across from this resort. Two on-site restaurants and 1 bar are available to guests, as well as a full spa. Rooms all feature a pool and lake view. We loved everything about this place! This was a beautiful resort with 2 pools and a hot tub One pool is located outside with a bar and a beautiful view of the golf course and water. The other pool is located indoors with the hot tub. The food was incredible, and I highly recommend the salmon. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooms we perfect with comfortable beds, great water pressure and a cute balcony for enjoying the views and a glass of wine. We will definitely come back.

The washing room down stairs was well appointed, however how to use the dryer could have been explained better. It just worked beautiful and light. We experienced our very first lobster roll whilst staying on PEI.
