Guests at the Stable Courtyard have 900 years of history and 500 acres of beautiful parkland on their doorstep. The room was very clean, snow-white towels, soft bed. I slept wonderfully. Our room had a lovely view of the lake.

Delicious cocktails and the chef clearly puts in special effort, the food was excellent. The included breakfast on the balcony was delightful. She we had places to go, we would have loved to stay longer.

Decadent, stylish, comfortable and as a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure. The bedroom is gorgeous, the water is hot and the coffee is plentiful. It is also quiet and the enclosed balcony is a gorgeous spot to read and watch the sky change through out the evening. It feels more like a home (I wish it was my home!!!) than a holiday stay/let.
