Fantastic location on the far side of the Tučepi promenade, so it isn't too busy, but still just a few minutes by foot to the town center. The beautiful beach is just across the promenade, literally meters away from the hotel. The staff at the hotel and the adjacent restaurant is very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a wonderful time there.

Good sized bedrooms, 2 balconies, one terrace, all rooms air conditioned. Kitchen with all we needed, especially for our 2 years old boy. Very close to the beach, magnificent view toward the sea and the pine trees (with squirrels). Some complained on booking about the steep road, well, if you have basic driving skills you shouldn't encounter any problems with a normal car. I've been with a rear wheel drive car, and I've took it out every day, without any problems or emotions. The hosts are lovely. Thank you Anita and Ivan for being such a great hosts, and thank you for letting me charge my electric car for free! That's something! Bottom line: if I ever come back again, I wouldn't choose another apartment.

The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed, including a newly kitted out kitchen, comfortable bed and excellent wifi. The location is superb: very close to a supermarket, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from the town centre. With the mountain, beaches, clear water and pretty town, Makarska is simply gorgeous - don’t think twice about visiting, just book :) The hosts are exceptional. They’re kind, welcoming and lovely people who really looked after me and made sure I had everything I needed (they lent me an umbrella on the one day it rained, they did a load of laundry for me in their apartment, they gave me a lift to the ferry and they even brought me back a gift from their weekend away). They also speak great English so communication was easy. When booking the apartment a bank transfer was requested which I was a little nervous about, but there’s no need to be, it’s all fine!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sea with beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean. The private parking was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind, treating us to a homemade cake and even congratulating our son on his birthday, which made our stay extra special. They are also very pet-friendly, which was great for us. This is an ideal spot both for a relaxing seaside vacation and for exploring nearby cities. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!
