Host Catherine was lovely and at hand whenever I had a question. The location was great. Ample parking. Warm house. Amazing shower. Beautiful scones. Cosy beds and very well equipped.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this accommodation. The rooms are lovely. We didn't miss anything. The breakfast was first class and special requests (e.g. vegetarian) were also fulfilled. The owner was excellent at communicating with us. He made recommendations about stuff to do in Achill. We had the number of the caretaker also. It is so close to the beach, shop and a bar if you want to go for a drink. The beach across the road is stunning and not crowded. The cottage itself is just stunning- beautifully laid out with all equipment, utensils etc required for complete self catering. The house is actually bigger than the impression given in the photos. Loved the half door as you could keep the top open and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location and view was incredible. Our hosts were very friendly and engaging and so knowledgeable. Breakfasts were the best best so far. Overall, Teach Cruachen felt warm and homey, and we would highly recommend.

Themed rooms inspired by places such as Australia, Brazil and Kenya feature at this unique and lively lodge, which specialises in kitesurfing and watersports. Extremely friendly and helpful staff , a relaxed atmosphere everywhere in the lodge and great food. I had breakfast and an evening meal there both of which were were ample portions and delicious. François the owner runs a professional and at the same time friendly lodge at Pure Magic . I'd stay there again , and can only recommend it to everyone.
