Well situated. Clean, friendly with convenient transport nearby. Parking if you have a car. Good quality reasonably priced meals should you want to eat there. We had a junior suite which was lovely.

Dublin is 6 km from Gracefield, while Bray is 21 km from the property. Dublin Airport is 6 km away. It was a very clean room and very quiet around the house. The host was very kind. We arrived late, but she prepared some foods for us. As we were very tired, it helped us a lot.

The guest house is less than a 10 minute' walk from Howth DART station, and a 2 km walk from Howth Castle and the National Transport Museum of Ireland that is situated in its grounds. There is also the Hurdy Gurdy Radio Museum based out of the Martello Tower, directly above the King Sitric. There are extensive walking paths and golf courses in the area. Very attentive staff, exceptional setting, very comfortable room. A fantastic stay at King Sitric.

A golf course is located a 10-minute drive away. You can catch a bus to the airport and the city centre from the bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk away. What a fantastic piece of paradise. Rose Cottage was beautifully appointed, great beds and nice linens. The self-serve continental breakfast was a brilliant idea and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Dan for your hospitality.
