They take your bags up to your room for you (due to it being an old building with no elevator, though it’s only a couple floors). The hotel is part of a family of restaurants/shops in the vicinity, as we stayed in the hotel we got a discount in the attached restaurant downstairs which has really good food.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. The property was gorgeous and well kept and just a short walk to the city center. Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
