The location, the view, the rooms, and the service were really excellent ♥️ Reception work was exceptionally professional even in emergency case. Sadly, due to personal reasons, we couldn't try and evaluate the breakfast, but we truly believe it would be amazing, as the pie at the lounge bar was delicious beyond measure!

The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Even tho i meet nobody, all was online but it was a great host Entrying the building online , and the apat also I like how the response quickly, even paid for parking and was immediately booked. The SPA is the 'secret gem' of this hotel. Spacious, brand new, well attended, an oasis for that rainy day. We enjoyed Federico's Aufguss sauna ceremony every day of our stay. Some other activities and entertainment were offered during the week as part of our stayed that made it very special and enjoyable. This hotel was our favorite of our northern Italy trip and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended.
