The location was 10/10. Our host met us at the gate and gave us a tour of the property. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a gated terrace as well as a gated parking lot. Our host offered to collect us from dropping off rental or provided free parking on site. Coffee, tea and some pastries were provided during our stay and a little keepsake for staying with them. The grounds were well kept and had lovely flowers and roses blooming. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. This will certainly be our first choice for our next stay in Fiumicino. Highly recommend!

Staff very attentive, cooked for us even though the restaurant wasn't open for lunch on all the days of our trip. Room spacious and comfortable. Our 8 yo loved the pool. And the bunnies :). Food was excellent. Next time we'll check out the nearby beaches aswell.

Only 45 minutes from Rome airport, it’s the perfect spot to relax with family.

The space is modern, spotless, and very well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing break or as a base to explore Rome at a slower pace. The location is excellent: close to the beach, restaurants, and public transport, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. An experience we’d happily repeat and strongly recommend!
