Elisabetta was a very kind and accommodating host. Because the location was remote (no possibility of walking to restaurants or market), we chose to pick up groceries and have a picnic dinner at the B&B. She had everything set up for us to do this. The rooms were comfortable, showers great and views of the Alps were stunning.

The units are modern and well appointed with an open sleeping loft and nice outdoor space. Breakfast is not provided except for coffee, however we made good use of the nicely appointed kitchen to prepare a number of meals. The town center of Stresa is a few minutes walk down the hill with a few more minutes coming up the hill. With only 4 units it is a great spot. Parking is included.

DOMUS Hotel is located in Caselle Torinese, 11 km from Allianz Juventus Stadium and 15 km from Porta Susa Train Station. With free WiFi, this 2-star hotel offers a concierge service and luggage storage space. Certain units at the property include a patio with a city view. Receptionist was very friendly and even gave me an upgrade without asking! She explained that taxi prices as early in the morning are not always the same and for a 5min ride would be €20-30,- and first bus/train was too late. So I decided to walk. She told me that a previous customer did the same and his feedback was good. So that what I did at 5AM. Google shows you the right walking way (32min) but it took me only 25min, save and quiet. The last 200m is on a main road without pavement, but until then passing through small roads through the village. A nice morning walk for a long travel ahead!

Every detail, every element is in its place and beautifully complements the main theme. The host was always available and answered all questions, even before we had a chance to ask them. A wonderful balcony with a view of the old town. The location is perfect: everything is nearby, yet it’s quiet at night. There is parking right under the building, and it’s free at night. This is the true art of hospitality. We will definitely return to Asti and hope that luck will smile on us again, so we can stay in this exact room. Huge thanks!
