Our flight landed to Tokyo at night time and we arrived to the place almost 01:00 am, they replied all our messages rapidly even in late time.

The accommodation was very comfortable and really made you feel at home. The owners were very nice and went out of their way to make our stay there in Narusawa enjoyable, from giving us recommendations on where to eat to even handing us discount coupons.

Japanese hotels are always next level compared to ours in Europe, but this one was simply amazing. The only thing that might seem strange at first is the breakfast, not everything there was delicious. But that's my personal preference, so I didn't lower the ratings for that.
