This was one of my best experiences at an onsen hotel in Japan during my 10+ years of travel. The staff were exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and able to communicate easily. Parking is right next to the hotel. Guests can enjoy the onsen facilities within the hotel and the nearby 長生湯, just a two-minute walk away. Both onsens are clean with 長生湯 offering a stunning view of the starry sky at night. There's also a restaurant nearby for supper which is convenient. Our room was spacious. We booked a 4-person room for just the two of us but the space is more than enough for 6 adults I would say! If I'm travelling with my family, I'm sure they would be super happy with the room. The food was delicious and satisfying, especially the house plum wine, which is a must-try! Overall speaking, excellent stay and great value for money!

Hosts were very nice and accommodating towards us. Routinely offered to drive us to local places and back to the station. Very responsive as well!

Tom is really nice man,I told him we had a lot of luggage, so he picked us up at Shirahama Station and drove us to see the sunset. The area is very quiet,room is quite big, you can also enjoy in hot springs, and it's very convenient to Shirahama's main attractions. and a ten-minute walk from the bus station.

Located around 30 km from Tanpi Shrine, the hotel with free WiFi is also 30 km away from Kurohimeyamakofun. The property is non-smoking and is located 29 km from Sakai Municipal Mihara Culture Hall. The hotel is very well located — just a 2-minute walk from Hashimoto Station. It’s an ideal base for visiting Koya-san, and only about 20 minutes by train to Kudoyama for those planning to hike the Choishi-michi route. There is also a Family Mart in front of the hotel and a very delicious bakery next door. The room was very clean, and I slept incredibly well. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who kindly let me check in early when I arrived to drop off my luggage, as the room was already ready. As a bit of a coffee lover, I also appreciated the nice coffee cup provided — it made my coffee time in the room even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Next time I want to test the breakfast :)

Spotless clean, free parking and easy access to the area. The only downside was that we didn't spend more time there.
