Enjoyed the location and the use of the staff at the neighbouring hotel. Everyone that we met was very professional, although sometimes it felt a little bit overbearing especially with the housekeeping service. We felt like they were insistent on cleaning every day however we already requested for them not to, but this is a minor experience. Some maintenance has been done within the apartment that just needs a good touchup, but apart from that everything is in working order.

The apartment was spacious and modern, with sleek furnishings and large windows that provided great views of the city, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of KLCC, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment options. One of the highlights of our stay was the amenities. The infinity pool and gym were excellent, but what really stood out for our family was the fantastic playground and pools. My daughter absolutely loved spending time at the kids' playground, and the dedicated children’s pool was perfect for her to enjoy. It made the experience much more enjoyable for families traveling with young ones.
