Enjoyed the location and the use of the staff at the neighbouring hotel. Everyone that we met was very professional, although sometimes it felt a little bit overbearing especially with the housekeeping service. We felt like they were insistent on cleaning every day however we already requested for them not to, but this is a minor experience. Some maintenance has been done within the apartment that just needs a good touchup, but apart from that everything is in working order.

We had the most fabulous stay at Societe Hartamas in Mont Kiara. The studio was spacious, full of light with floor to ceiling windows, felt new, and we were blessed with an expansive 29th floor view of KL Central. Nightly we found ourselves mesmerized watching the light show of the massive buildings of KL Central!! The kitchen was perfect and we did cook as our stay was long. The sofa and bed were totally awesome, so comfortable. We also loved the open kitchen and bar, with chairs to work at. WiFi was stable and reliable. The unit itself was so quiet, which was truly appreciated too! The dedicated staff for iGlobal on-site were magnificent! They responded to big and little questions/issues in record time and always wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The care of the unit was stellar, always spotless with fresh bottles of water too! The work-out area was terrific and always very cold, which was appreciated. The pool area was also stunning, although we did not use it. It was clean and appealing. The location was amazing! We fell in love with Mont Kiara, the restaurants, ease of walking, beautiful foliage everywhere, the coffee shop next door (the best), and the truly kind and generous people. We had zero issue with Grabs and did not venture to try the trains.

I was within walking distance to 2 metro stations, walking distance from the Petronas Tower but also in a location that made it easier to get Grab taxis when I needed. The property itself was studio. Some areas possibly needed a bit of paint but when you consider the price you pay and what you get....that is very minor. I loved that there was a washing machine, hob and balcony in the apartment and that there was a gym, pool and other amenities in the building. There is security available 24/7 and you have to have a pass to get into each tower. It is also useful to know that there is a cafe, and 2 convenience stores located in the lobby; one of which is open 24 hrs.
