Situated on the beachfront, all-inclusive Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort has a 200-metre-long private beach offering free parasols and sun loungers. This luxurious accommodation also offers a wide garden, kids’ pool and outdoor pools with several water slides. There is an on-site golf course. We loved everything, the room, the food, the facilities but I must say the personnel was the best part, everyone was really accommodating and helpful.

There is also a spa centre with a sauna and a Turkish bath. Very hospitable staff. Wonderful beach and sea. Rich buffet and delicious foods. Nice night entertainment. After a workout at the fitness centre, guests can relax at the Turkish bath or sauna. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. After a few attempts I finally found the place where I want to come back again and again. Very well maintained facilities, pristinely clean rooms, very decent food. What really stands out is the personnel and service. Very professional and client oriented. Whatever wish you have, it is executed with lightning speed. Do not forget ti visit the spa, it is amazing. The quality of the food, drinks, and cocktails was top. But the best thing was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I think We had the best assistants, Elena, Arda and Zhypary The garden is also very well kept and the sandy beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We were initially afraid this place would be crowded, but it wasn't a case at all. Room: The room was clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioning could have worked better — it wasn’t as efficient as we would have liked. Food: The variety was impressive. It was easy to find dishes we enjoyed, and since we were traveling with a 1-year-old, we really appreciated that the restaurants always had suitable food options for our little one. Staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the girls from the kids’ club – they did an amazing job keeping our children entertained. Entertainment: The entertainment program was excellent, featuring a theatre, cinema, and even a circus – which was truly a great show. As mentioned, the kids’ club was fantastic. They not only offered fun activities but also provided snacks and decent healthy meals for the kids during mealtimes.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Living Dream Villa HARMONY is situated in Belek. This property offers access to a balcony, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The villa was very modern and luxury. It was also cleaned to a very high standard when we arrived. We had all the facilities needed for our stay at the villa including the extras of a washing machine and iron. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome pack which included the necessities for our first day which was helpful. The villa is within walking distance to Belek city centre where there is many restaurants, shops and amenities. We visited Belek public beach which was only a 5 minute drive from the villa and it was a very enjoyable day out. We also visited the Land of Legends theme park which lived up to the very high expectations and was only a 13 minute drive from the villa. There is a taxi service very close to the villa and also in the city centre if needed for days out to the beach, theme park etc. We felt very safe and comfortable at this villa due to the high level of security which included a coded front gate and front door, security cameras in all outside areas and the shutters on all windows and doors which was very useful when leaving the villa and overnight. Every room was fitted with air conditioning which was very effective. The TV has lots of streaming apps like Netflix so there is plenty to watch and the Wi-Fi is effective throughout the villa. The pool is very big and of a good temperature, it is cleaned every morning. Kubra & Meryem were very helpful and informative and any questions we had were answered immediately over WhatsApp. The maintenance team who came to clean the pool were friendly.

The accommodation offers full-day security, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Well decorated and furnished, modern and comfortable. Lovely outdoor area and great pool. Secure shaded parking with automatic gate. We had a couple of niggles with pool lights and washing machine but Emine had both sorted within an hour, wonderful service, she is fabulous.
