The Gatlinburg inn was wonderful and perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. The pools and hot tubs were clean, breakfast was amazing, the facility was immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful! We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again.
