We had a wonderful stay . The property is a beautiful, newly built house with a fresh and modern feel throughout. Our room was amazing equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed, with everything functioning perfectly. The host was incredibly accommodating, always available to answer any questions we had. He was helpful, responsive, and very organized, which made our experience even smoother. The outdoor yard was also lovely and well maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the property. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Himara, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing place. Really new, clean and with the best view. The kitchen facilities are great as well! The property is awesome and it's so nice to get out into the countryside after a day at the beach or in town. The lady that owns the place is lovely and really trying to make you feel at home. Her husband also helped me so much, especially when he lent me his old phone after mine broke. They don't speak English, just Albanian and Greek, but we totally managed to communicate with hands and feet and Google translator. The night I arrived, their niece even picked me up and took me there. Highly recommend. Thought: the place is a bit out of town, which you might take into consideration, if you don't have a car. I stayed there for a week and walked up there daily, which I actually really enjoyed. Also the view is so very much worth it!!

I loved the backyard in the morning for breakfast, but mostly in the evening, after the dinner enjoying a glass of wine in peace, under the greenery, with a fine music in the back. I enjoyed the balcony, as well.. The room had all the necessary amenities. Comfortable and clean. The cleaning of the room every 2 days. Perfect location close to the beach and away from the city noise.

If you want to live a total local experience, this is the place. The hospitality of the owners, the kindness of Joanna, the cleanliness, the traditional home design, the sea view from the balcony, the smell of fresh basil , everything is amazing and I liked a lot. Joanna has kept also a free parking spot on the road, next to home entrance. Joanna makes and sells delicious handmade Gliko, likers, raki and marmalade.
