Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

Out on my third week in the Alps and this place is really good. Very nice and helpful both management and actually all of them here. Pleasant room and with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast in top class!

Really, this is how I imagine basically perfect apartment. Like, we got everything we ordered, in messages we got codes for entry and how to pay city tax. Apartment was really great, spacious, and balcony had beautiful sunset view. Bathroom very modern, window can be closed, all in all very good apartment! In beautiful environment.

We enjoyed our stay at Sagehof, it was a nice place to spend a few days, a great location with car parking, a very nice and helpful host, good breakfast and a comfortable room. Well positioned for walks or the bus. Very happy really 👍 Make sure you do the Glacier!
