Great place in a really nice village. Staff and owner are wonderful and the rooms are excellent. The breakfast, great food and some home-made spreads made the experience into something special.

This is a small guest house just across the street from the train station. There is a pizzeria in front of it. Checkin was quick and smooth, hosts were friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Could not ask for more

The owner was very accommodating and although not very fluent in English did manage to communicate. We were given a corner room with a large balcony on the first floor. Substantial breakfast.

Super breakfast! Traditional, tasty and varied food. Home atmosphere. I fully enjoyed my Sunday breakfast in about an hour before start my long journey. An excellent choice of breakfast. Fantastic family run guesthouse, nothing too much trouble attitude for the owner's. Very comfortable bed. Private car park. My first choice in Schwanenstadt every time!
