Perfect value for money. Easy to reach by public transport, however, a little bit outside of the city centre. Was perfect for what we were looking for though (an accomodation close to where the Vienna Marathon starts). FYI: its not a hotel with a regular reception where you could drop off your bag at the reception. Something did not work for us with the key handover and staff was very helpful to solve the problem.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Property is in central of Vienna and safe to stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Toilet and towels were clean. We stayed for a day without any hassle. He also supported us for late checkout on request.

Location is very good. Easy walk into center of Vienna. Very quiet building. My room faced the courtyard which has a large and beautiful chestnut tree. I enjoyed looking out the window at this tree in bloom. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. There was a mixup with the room I had apparently paid for vs what I got. The staff kindly offered me gratis breakfast to make up for the difference. Breakfast is very good. Great coffee machine.

The hotel was a bit quirky but that was part of its charm. It occupies part of an old building in a very central location in Vienna. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well worth the price. It was an excellent value for the money.

The location was very convenient to all the places I wanted to go. The room was very clean and comfortable. I felt safe and secure. The communications with the owners and staff was clear and easy. This is my best contact -less hotel experience by far! There are great little bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Shopping is a block up the hill and the Naschmarkt is a 5 minute walk down the hill.

The place is being converted into a guesthouse. Everything inside looks a bit bizarre. The toilet and shower are unisex, shared by both men and women. I stayed in a huge noisy room that seemed like a converted office; it had harsh blue ceiling lights with no actual lampshades. I didn't feel comfortable there. The manager was nice to talk to, but when I asked about the lamp, he responded, "We dont have them, but it looks just like the pictures on Booking, right?"

Bedroom is soft and comfy to sleep. we woke up after 12 pm everyday because of bed.🤣 so comfy. Toilet and shower are clean. Check in process is smooth. Nice neighbor.
