We had a truly wonderful stay at this place. Marc and Martine were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made our experience really special. Every part of the place was thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that felt like home. We also appreciated the help with trekking routes. Within what is offered : a self made hotel style bed and breakfast in the Ardennes countryside the Maison Jules could hardly be better. It is a work in progress and people who complain about a wire sticking out of a wall or a messy garden should be forbidden of ever staying in the country side anywhere ontbos planet and stay at the Waldorf Astoria only or in any clinical suburb formula hotel if the Astoria is above budget. The beds were better than expected although perhaps slightly hard. The decoration is very tasteful mixing modern design with brocante elements. Breakfast was bake off but from a real baker and was part tailored and if you want more ….just ask. We wish the host every succes in finishing the rest.

The location was great, the facility itself was really comfortable. Beds were incredible, and the kitchen is well furnished, with tea and coffee. Hosts were kind, they answered quite fast any time I had a question, and the surroundings were beautiful.

No breakfast included, but bakeries around the corner and coffeemachine in the apartment. Not luxurious, but simply everything you need. Close to many restaurants. Meals possible in the apartment as well: lots of take away food in the street to the town. Very nice hikes in woods nearby.

We had a great stay that exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed, and everything we needed was provided. It was nice to arrive at a place where even small details, like soaps and firewood, were already available. It felt like home - well taken care of and in excellent condition. The location is ideal for families, with amenities even for our one-year-old. Another great feature is its proximity to restaurants.
