We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome. Our bicycles were safely stored in the secure, enclosed garden, which gave us great peace of mind. The room was spacious and clean. And even had a balcony. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice welcome and great communication from the hosts. Nice location, easy to get to the coast. We liked the ‘natural’ feel of the accommodation.

We simply loved the Pension and its surroundings (die Altstadt). We also met the hosts and some of their colleagues on several occasions and they were all really friendly and outgoing. As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast is available via vouchers in a café just around the corner (Mein Backhus). With so many edible attractions on offer, it's quite easy to exceed the limit of the voucher (€ 9.50 in 2023), but we didn't mind too much because the food and the coffee (we didn't have the filter coffee) were fresh and tasty. Some of the ladies at the café were nicer than some others, but we just decided to get over that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely apartment, perfectly located, clean. Unproblematic check-in. There is no parking, but we found free parking near the harbour, just 2 minutes walk from the entrance. You can park right in front of the entrance for half an hour.
