Great family run small hotel - not a hostel in the sense of shared rooms. We had a very nice double bedded room with private bathroom and shower. All very clean. We parked the motorbike outside on the quiet street but we were offered payed secure parking around the corner which did not feel necessary. There was also a shared area with microwave and a small vending machine for cold soft drinks and water. The hotel is well located for a short walk to the towns historic sites which were explained well by Angella the receptionist who spoke good English. If I was in the area I would use this hotel again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, it's very close to good amenities, the hostel has no food facilities, but the bar next door is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with good heating and lighting.

Breakfast was basic but the coffee was good. Pleasant young man, hard working and polite. Room was small but very clean. Loved that they were dog friendly.

Great location and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. Food was good. Staff did our laundry for us, which was appreciated after numerous days of hiking on the trail.

Off the Camino but they will come get you if you contact them and take you back the next morning. Family run, attentive and good food. Added bonus: hotel is 650 years old and in great shape.

    The pension is strategically situated in the city centre of Burgos. Car parking is available nearby at a very good price and the host executed the formalities to enter the Limited Traffic Zone (moreover, I was kindly allowed to keep the car park beyond check out time to visit the city). They also gave us good tips about restaurants. The flat is very nice and well furnished and clean. We really enjoyed to stay one night at Dona Urraca, we would have liked to prolong our stay because Burgos is really nice.
