The landlord is good. He explained everything how to get there. The room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast is included in the price. There is a swimming pool on the territory. I am satisfied with the accommodation.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful at all times. Friendly and chatty. The manager helped me with my bags and waved me off. I was there 3 weeks. It was a very pleasant stay 4 me I loved my room. I was looking 4 peace and quiet and a great location this was perfect for me I would definitely stay again and recommend

Still the best value private room on the island. Have stayed before and was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews but everything was great . The terrace is amazing, the room was bright and clean and we had room 11 which has a nice view down to the port. It's cool to stay in an authentic Canarian villa and Puerto de Mogán itself has much more "character" than the likes of Puerto Rico or Maspalomas. Pity there are not more pensions like Eva in the south of Gran Canaria.

Very kind hosts! The kitchen is very good and clean and so is the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the rooftop is amazing! Also the location is very good, supermarkets and restaurants are very close.
