It's a very clean and confortable place. The location it's perfect to enjoy the amazing city of Granada and the guy at the reception is very helpful kind and nice. The place is well located, close to the centre. The staff were very informative and friendly. The room was really clean, modern and quiet at night. Very comfy bed. Would recommend.

The location was perfect in Albaicin, right next to San Miguel plaza, and access to the C31 and C32 buses which ran around to Alhambra and the city centre. The location is on the edge of the the hill and you have access to stunning views from the common balcony areas, when most people are trying to take photos from the road. The check-in and check-out process were easy and the hosts responded to messages quickly if there were any questions. The room was clean and tidy, with access to a spa (requested room) and was a beautiful feature on a hot summer day. The beds were really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep on my travels in Chill Out 33.

The owner Christine is lovely and really helpful, the accommodation is simple, clean and functional. The location is really good for the city and convenient parking opposite in a public car park.
