location was ideal as we were visiting parc asterix and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. parking outside the property and owner was polite. room was compactly located through a garage so private and didnt have to disturb the owner. smooth check in obtaining the keys again without disturbing the owner

The venue was better than the pictures. The owners are extremely helpful and professional, and the facilities were great. 5 minutes away from the train station that will take you to the best districts of Paris. And the room was beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day.

What a wonderful place! Maxime, the host, is such a kind and helpful person – very warm and welcoming. He prepares breakfast himself, which is quite rare nowadays. The house is beautiful, with lovely details and a great overall atmosphere. It is located very close to the metro station, in a calm and safe area. I truly hope to come back!

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

    Compared to a Hostal, is very good value for money. You have your own bathroom and a room for yourself. I feel safe because the security system they put on place. If you can sleep everywhere no matter the noise or the place, this place is for you. I call the place as the password for the room was incorrect and I got an answer after 2 calls at midnight. Thats appreciated.
