I loved my stay. Its a simple studio, but very clean and confortable. The host was kind and very polite. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was very simple, but had everything we needed for our stay.

14 mins by taxi to Disneyland Park, a quite area. Small apartment but worked for us as spent most of the time at the park. The host sent all the info in advance of our stay so we had no worries getting in.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Paris, Maison Lavaud is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

It was a perfect accommodation for us because everything we need was provided by the owner. Perfect location as well because there is a shopping mall in front of the building, nearby shops, restaurant and 3mins walk to the train station. Paris Homestay is a good accommodation. We were not a fan of the local cuisine of Paris so we decided to cook something for dinner. The owner was approachable and always responding if we have questions. We enjoyed this accommodation a lot. Just outside the city centre, around 600 meter from metro, private parking place for car with possibility to charge. Hosts were very friendly and the whole facility feels like cozy family house with downstairs a large open area to relax or take cup of coffee. There is also a large garden in the back, now in winter to cold but must be very nice in summertime to relax. We were very satisfied and would like to recommandatie this location to others. Photos on website are accurate.

Perfect stay to go to Disneyland. Aline gave us good suggestions for the stay and for Disneyland and the homemade breakfast was very good.
