Comfortable room, lovely bed. The room is very spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities with different types of tea, nice bottle of water and cookies. It's great to have a fridge in the room. The electric blanket on the bed was great, we did Brighton marathon, and it was nice to put our sore legs into a warm bed, helped them to relax a bit. Nice size bathroom Breakfast was really good, really tasty and great quality. Really enjoyed it. Hotel staff is really friendly and nice. Felt very welcome Hotel in a great location, near the town centre and beach. Lots of shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again if in Brighton

I booked this Hotel as part of my Solo Hiking trip around the South of England. It has this Brighton Character Artístic Vibe which I am not into it, but all the people love (and I get why). The room I booked was lovely, "naughty" (in a good way), with fantastic quality in the Amenities. For example, the quality of the Towels was really good. Shower was really good too. Honestly, the best WiFi connection in any Hotel I have been in England. The owners are really nice and they even contact you if they are not able to welcome you at the Check-In. All very comfy. I would def come back if I was with my partner. As a solo traveller I felt it was too much for me lol (in a good way)

Amazing location - very close to the nice bars and restaurants with unforgettable atmosphere. Super close to the beach. It was also a walking distance from the Brighton train station (20min walking). Also hosts were super nice, apartments were very clean and they provided also water kettle with tea and coffee options.

Really beautifull room with a view of the sea from the window. Everything was perfect, it was quiet, the neighborhood is wonderfull with plenty of restaurants and café. And the host was really nice with plenty of advices about what to do and where to go.
