    - Very sweet landlady running the place; really makes you feel welcome; you can tell that she enjoys being a host - The room had everything I needed, and I really enjoyed staying here - Great location just a few minutes from the beach and ocean, and on a side street to the center, so still fairly quiet in the evening - Lovely breakfast - Great value for money

    We love it at the Victoria Villa Guesthouse Kevin and Karen are great hosts, very welcoming and guesthouse spotlessly clean. Not forgetting the lovely Katie the dog she loves lots of strokes and cuddles.

    Excellent friendly reception Location is as good as it gets. breakfast was superb , as were the options. The room and facilities were clean and very well presented. And it was quiet which allowed me a great nights sleep. Carol is a great hostess
