The hotel was charming and cosy. Exactly what we needed on a rainy day in Edinburgh. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food excellent. The position was great too.

Everything was great. From the room, to Chris and Ellie, to the breakfast, my partner and I enjoyed every minute in Foyers, and our only regret was not staying for longer. We were lucky enough to have wonderful conversations with Chris and Ellie's pictures of Scotland were gorgeous. They helped us a lot with getting around Scotland and were gracious enough to stay up late and wait for our arrival when we were late for the check-in time after getting a bit lost in the highlands. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. We even got to pet Peep the friendly rooster. Overall, I'll be waiting to return to Scotland one day and defiantly spend some more time around Loch Ness and in Foyers Bay in particular.

Nice location within the walking distance to Urquhart castle. It was a one night stay only and we never had a chance to meet Sarah, but she left us detailrd instructions and we had no difficulties with finding the room. The beds were perfectly comfortable with many pillows and blankets. It was a bit small for 3 people, but we only were there for sleeping so it was fine. The bathroom had all thr necessaries. Absolutely great place for enjoying the nature of Scotland.

Amazing unique place to stay, extremely well renovated while still keeping so much of the original Abbey. It's a must. The apartment was absolutely huge!! Pictures don't do it justice. Stayed in The classrooms.
