Now that I have returned to my home, I would like to make sure that Kim was satisfied with the fact that I paid 22 pounds for the 2 breakfast meals I had during my stay. As I mentioned to her as I was leaving that morning, I paid cash to the lady who was in the middle of cleaning the rooms - unfortunately I did not think to get a receipt, there was no question in my mind that my payment would be in question. Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean and my double room was to a really high standard. I loved the communal lounge and spacious kitchen area which included utensils, pots and pans etc. and there was also tea, coffee and milk available which was an added bonus. The owner made sure there was plenty of information available and he was on hand if needed close by at the Queens Head Pub. I will definitely return again..

The location was perfect, set in lovely country grounds, lovely old building but immaculate and well thought out inside. Done to a very good standard with attention to every detail to make sure our stay way perfect. Breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. Pub/restaurant across the way was the same standard. Overall a delight and will be back.
