Ruth and Phil are great hosts with a great guesthouse. I had a warm and welcoming stay at Charnwood - my room and the premises were beautfully presented and maintained. The location was great- a short picturesque stroll along the River Lim takes you to the beach front or town. Breakfast is included each day along with a good chat with Ruth and Phil who offered advice on things to see and do. Wifi was strong with no connectivity problems.

Great space with kitchenette just perfect for simple meals at the unit. Bathroom a good size and nicely separated from main room by entrance corridor that also had good storage space for bags. Ideal for a travelling cupboards

Fab location. Great hosts. Tasty breakfast. Loved the fresh milk available for teas and coffees and the free bottled water was a real plus too.
