Everything it was superb the location was excellent you were in the heart of old town with everything at your doorstop. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and I note others made comment on no lifts in Dubrovnik lifts are not allowed to be added to the buildings as they are UNESCO listed. If that’s important don’t stay in old town, but you only carry bags up once and down once and we were offered help to carry up. The little touches of the sun strawhat, L’Occitane toiletries were lovely. I’d stay again!

It’s absolutely impossible to say what we liked the most because everything was unbelievebly perfect! Since we arrived at the reception with Mr. Antonio checking us In and Mr. Marin explaining us everything about Dubrovnik, the tour of the Villa’s facilities. Calmness, beautiful landscapes, divine breakfast, two cozy pools with outstanding views… This is the first ever review I do in my life because this place and staff really deserve all the best!

What a fantastic little boutique hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in Guest House Forty Four. DO NOT let "guest house" put you off, it is a "Boutique Hotel" with exceptional standards. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy, our room wasn't quite ready on arrival but we were directed into the restaurant where we received complimentary drinks and within 20 minutes we were told our room was ready. This is an exceptional hotel, the renovation of the building has been done to incredible standards, retaining the old whilst equipping with the modern touches. Less than 50m from the main street of the Old Town of Dubrovnik and with some lively bars & restaurants literally on the doorstep, but don't let that put you off. we had 2 peaceful nights sleep in well soundproofed rooms. Cold AC, great facilities, nice restaurant which is open to the public, but with only 5 rooms at the hotel you are treated incredibly well with personable professionalism. We found the hotel to be excellent value for money in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, 100% recommend booking here, and I will be telling all friends and acquaintances who are looking for recommendations for Dubrovnik that this is THE place to stay. Big shout to Stan, who was exceptional from start to finish and an absolute pleasure to speak with.

A beautiful apartment in a stunning city! We truly loved the only night we spent in Dubrovnik and the flat was very central! The flat could be darkened out very well from early-morning daylight and the air was cool and fresh!

Everything! Beautifully kitted out studio room, all felt new, and everything was spotlessly clean. In a very quiet spot despite being right inside the walls, and no nighttime noise. The owner is fantastic - definitely a 5 star service. It is quite expensive but so is everything in the old town, and at least you are getting quality here. I highly recommend this property.

The people was very friendly and nice- we get great advice for visit the city. The room was clean and with enough t towels. There stairs to go up but people help with this. The food in the restaurant downstairs well deserve their Michelin - best in old town .. 100%

We really liked the location of the hotel to the old town. Staff were super friendly and help, especially as our flight was delayed. The breakfast was lovely and the views were amazing
