I had an amazing experience staying at Johnson’s! The house and the accommodation are excellent — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect: peaceful, well..connected, and surrounded by nature...I spent one unforgettable night on their houseboat in the backwaters, and it was truly incredible. Everything about the place feels authentic and serene.

Safe, quiet and welcoming. Easy access to beach. Rooms spotless with quiet air con and plentiful supply of hot water. All rooms, including the communal areas have a lovely tasteful Boho chic vibe that the images do not do justice too. For once... a homestay that isn't photoshopped to death. You get more than you see. Sugar is kind knowledgeable and helpful.

We were so happy to stay there and sad to leave! Lisa was a great host, we felt very good at their place. We enjoyed the charming house, the location to walk, cycle and boat tour from the house. The food was so good and varied! Also there is loads of yummy food so you may have to say no at times ☺️ Lisa can help to book the boat tour, and she has bikes and kayak to rent. Great accommodation. Guess recently refurbished. Everything in the room and bathroom was very clean, smart and new. Seconds away from the beach. Really enjoyed my stay there as I travelled up the Kerala coast.

This is one of those place where you feel immediately at home. Allwyn and Jency are just perfect hosts and lovely people. Warm and caring with an open mind and genuinely interested. Jency home-made diners are full of love and delicious. The staff is also very welcoming and respectful. Their 5 sweet dogs are calm and gentile. I was staying in the room with the private pool, the pool is great, everything is decorated with a big eye for details, the garden is lovely and the room is just perfect with a great open air bathroom. The surroundings are lovely, located in a quiet street just a few meters away from the beach. A big plus are the bicycles, which are available for all guests. Marari is a great place to discover by bike. I booked three nights here but I decided to come back because after one month of traveling this was the place which I liked best. I highly recommend a stay at Marari Dreamz and hope to be back.
