Everything about this place feels brand new and absolutely spotless! I’ll admit I had some doubts after reading a couple of reviews mentioning check-in issues or the lack of daily cleaning, but our experience was completely different. Check-in was incredibly convenient, you can open doors with your phone, and the daily cleaning was done perfectly, everything was spotless. We loved every second of our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, the room was quiet, spacious, the bathroom was modern and beautiful (with a remote-controlled roof window for fresh air as well), the balcony was large with some sunlight, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. All in all, it was worth every penny!

Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.

Best stay ever! From where should I begin? The location is simply awesome, you are right next to the train station and you can easily get a bus to go to the centre which is not really far away and that’s why we actually preferred walking around. Also, the host/property manager is always responsive and they even kept our luggage after our check-out until our departure time. In terms of the room, it is fully renovated/everything is brand new, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is big and the shower is the biggest shower I have seen in my life (definitely 2,5 metres long). Finally, the room was spotless clean and had a luxury hotel feeling.
