A great place to stay to visit Venice. Especially if you are traveling by car. It is very convenient to leave the car at the nearest station and go to Venice by train. It is very cheap, fast and safe. The owners will explain to you in detail how to do it. In short, it takes 6 minutes to get from the hotel to the nearest station by car. There you park in a free, safe parking lot and get to Venice by train in 20 minutes. The train runs every half hour. So about the hotel. A very clean, new, modern hotel with a large restaurant at the hotel on the ground floor. The owners of the hotel are very nice and kind. Maria waited for our arrival at 10 pm. Breakfast is very good. Dinner in the restaurant was great. In the evening the restaurant was almost full of visitors, which says a lot about the quality of the food. There is free parking. I highly recommend it to those who travel by car and want to visit Venice without problems, inexpensively and get only positive emotions from the trip.

Lovely place, great location close to Venice. The owners were extremely nice and kind, let us feel at home in the beutifull house. The room was pleasant ,wide and well equiped. Very clean . Very nice outside as well. Highly recommended!

Hosts were very nice. Bus to Venice city center is 2 min walk from the appartement which makes this a perfect and affordable option for a short weekend getaway or a longer stay. Hosts were also kind and allowed me to checkin way after the normal checkin time.

Location was very good. . Nice decorated. Everything is new. Great air-conditioned. The room had Everything it needed. It was surprisingly highly soundproof room. Nearly have a lot's of restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is very nice and very helpful for every information. The mestre train station from which you can get to Venice City san marco in 10 minutes and only 1,50€ highly recommended.
