Hosts were very nice. Bus to Venice city center is 2 min walk from the appartement which makes this a perfect and affordable option for a short weekend getaway or a longer stay. Hosts were also kind and allowed me to checkin way after the normal checkin time.

It was clear that the host genuinely cared about our comfort. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 15-minute bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop only a minute’s walk from the apartment. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Erica to anyone planning a visit to Venice. Everything was great! Location was near the bus station to access Venice and 30 min far from the airport. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I was thoroughly impressed with this accommodation—the location, cleanliness, and amenities were outstanding! This is undoubtedly one of the finest places I've had the pleasure of visiting. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport and a mere 5 minutes from the train station leading to Venice, the hotel’s positioning is perfect for travelers. Every part of the hotel is impeccably maintained, from the pristine rooms to the well-kept outdoor areas. The rooms are spacious, featuring balconies, and are remarkably quiet, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is new and well maintained. Huge bathroom, and clean bedsheets and towels, plus all necesary amenities. The temperature in the room was perfect. We also had a delicious breakfast, which consisted in fresh bakeries, and a delicious coffee. A special mention goes to Mr. Ermanno, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed during our stay. I would rate this place 10 + + + if possible.

We stopped at Ca' Nadia for a stop the night before an early flight. They accommodated our needs to arrive late, leave early and went out of the way to ensure we had a lift to the airport. Was a great experience and enjoyed our time there.
